1. I took this photo in Boulder, Colorado. It was taken in a field in the front of their house of the flatirons. I think this image is very important to me due to the significant impact Boulder has on my life. I thought the cow added a nice natural element to the photo also. The photo was taken around lunch time, when the sun was still kind of behind me. Titles: 1. Red-Irons 2. Cows Pasture
2. I took the second photo in the same area. I went to another part of the property to take the photo. I had recently snowed which added a cool, white affect. I took the photo in the morning to get a cool glistening effect. I like the photo due to the vast field and fences in the background. Titles: 1. Snowy Morning 2. Blue Horizon
3. I took the photo of Pikes Peak from a different area of the property. I like the photo because I have been up there and it is cool to have a view of it from below. I also like the snow caps on the top of the mountain. I think the photo represents the natural beauty of the earth. I think this is my second favorite photo of my project. Titles: 1. Snow Peaks 2. Cloud Mountain
4. This photo is another photo of the flatirons from a different location. I like the distance because you can get the surrounding mountains and trees. I also like the clouds and lighting in the picture. I chose this other location for it natural beauty. My favorite part of the image is the natural darkening of the mountains. Titles: 1. Flatiron Skyline 2. Colorado Afternoons
5. I finally took a picture of a tree to get a smaller scale landscape. I recently snowed so the entire tree was white. The natural light also added a cool affect to the snow. My favorite part however was the trees surrounding it to add detail. This photo was my favorite over the other snow photo, which was the landscape of the field. Titles: 1. Red and White Trees 2. Snowy Day.
